The formula worked, and this small law firm grew into one of the largest firms in the East Valley, with over 16,000 families served over a decade. Doing that level of work required a lot of long days and nights, but it was worth it. Now, he is choosing to slow down and put a greater emphasis on quality work over quantity, and helping private clients ensure their plans are implemented from beginning to end.
